These are the keys used in Adventure mode.

| A | Attack a adjacent creature. Change Mode to wrestle. |

If you want to get a specific item (eg. wield weapon or knapping tool) from your backpack to your right hand:
first drop current item from right hand, drop wanted item from backpack, pick up wanted item. Optionally pick up first dropped item.
